SPEAKER AT THE CONGRESS

Speaker

The participation as speakers entails undertaking and submitting a communication related to some of the symposiums to the Congress.

All participants will opt for relevant academic merits which are detailed as follow (here).

The papers which develop one of the purposed topics, from an empirical methodology or from a theoretical and descriptive aproximation, will be appreciated.

All communication signers do not have to sign up. Only one of them, on behalf of the rest of the author group, must do so.

This representative will be the interlocutor with the Congress organization, and will be in charge of registering the text of the proposal, the personal information about the signers and sending the final text (watch deadlines).

The data can be registered parcially and being completed later.

By the time all information have been sent, the person concerned will have to send their lecture/presentation to validation (revision), pressing the bottom provided for that.

As soon as the lectura is sent, the summary text will lock and the committee of coordination of the symposium will proceed to assess the proposal.

The participants will be informed automatically on their email when their proposal have been accepted or coordinators give feedback about the lecture.

The proposal of the lecture will be uploaded on their  register plataform. The proposal, which has to be written on English or Spanish, must include the following information:

– A summary up to 400 words, taking into account IMRD norm (Introduction, Method, Result, Discusion).

– Keywords recorded in Thesaurus.

Sending of communication proposals

– The deadline is 22 April, 2019.

Assessment and approval of the proposals

The proposals will be assessed by the symposium coordination committees by order of arrival in a term from 3 days to 15 days. Furthermore, the participants will have the option for consulting the status of their revision to the coordinators.

In case of a proposal not being accepted, the participant will receive an email with the pertinent explanations and suggestions of the coordination committee and, the participant, will have access to the plataform in order to modify the proposed text.

In case of a proposal being accepted, the registered author will be received an email, and the web of the symposium will be updated. It will allot the title, the name of the authors, and a lectura code (eg S01-03). That code must be noted in the bank operation in order to formalize the paidment of the inscription. Having undertaken so, the text of the proposal will lock.

Number of authors and lectures

The same author cannot submit in excess of three lectures to the Congress.  Each proposal will have three authors at most, and, at least, one of them must present the lecture face to face durinng the Congress.

Exceptionally and duly justified, having been authorized by the Organizator Committee, the presentation will not be on-site.

Lecture final text

The lecture final text cannot 7000 words (watch edition norms) and the time available per exposition is around 10 minutes. That final text will uploaded on the systems, by the time the Congress has finished and before the 30 September, 2019.
